1. How do we order labels?

Once we have set you up with an account all we need is an official purchase order with an invoice address, delivery address and official order number. The best way for us to recieve this is via email however we also accept postal and faxed orders.

2. Do you have minimum order quantities?

No, there is absolutely no minimum order. We supply customers with quantaties ranging from a few hundred labels all the way up to multi millions of labels in one order!

3. Why does your website not show prices?

There are many variables with each label layout (eg. colour, adhesive, roll quantity etc.) that affect the price therefore it is not possible to show accurate pricing.

4. How long does delivery take?

Stock and exsisting labels are normally delivered withing 3-7 working days via a 'next day' courier service. However labels requiring a new setup are normally delivered within 5-10 working days from proof approval. 

5. I have seen a label I like however the size is unsuitable, can this be changed?

Of course, give us a call and the likelihood is that we will have something to suit in stock that may not currently be shown on our website.
